Mohamed has presented his paper "Applying Deep Learning to Track Food Consumption and Human Activity for Non-intrusive Blood Glucose Monitoring" which proposes a system for predicting hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia in diabetic patients based on deep learning models that track food consumption and human activity.

The Newyork based conference took place virtually on December 2nd, 2021. The presentation was followed by a QA discussion where participants shared their interest in the topic and how it can affect the scientific community.
