With 14 years in Software Quality Control, Eng. Mai Alzaiat boasts expertise in diverse testing activities, leadership in overseeing quality teams and projects within an Agile framework, supported by ISTQB certifications and extensive training in Agile methodologies.

Eng. Mai’s Bio:

 

With over 14 years of dedicated experience in the Software Quality Control field, Eng. Mai Alzaiat brings a wealth of expertise encompassing diverse testing activities such as test analysis, design, Defect life cycle management, risk-based testing, performance evaluation, automation testing, and proficiency in agile methodologies. Holding esteemed ISTQB certifications (foundation, agile, and advanced), she has been deeply versed in the gold standards of software testing processes.

 

Her leadership acumen shines through as she has effectively overseen and guided seven talented Quality team members while concurrently managing multiple projects within an Agile framework. Eng. Mai’s journey is marked by hands-on involvement in agile environments, supported by relevant certifications and comprehensive training, including "Introduction to Agile SW Development" and the esteemed Scrum Master professional certificate.
