From the 2nd to the 9th of May 2023 at the Roman Theatre

 

The MSA Writers Association, in cooperation with the Faculty of Mass Communication at MSA University, announces the launch of the sixth annual book fair with the participation of the country of honour “Malaysia”, which will be held from the 2nd to the 9th of May, 2023 at the Roman Theatre.

 

The fair includes a special pavilion for Al-Azbekiya and Al-Moez Street, as well as a distinguished program that includes a number of workshops:

 

  • "Writing with the Word" by the photographer/ Ahmed Hayman
  • "Write your first novel" by the writer/ Abdulrahman Haggag
  • "Creative Writing" by the writer/ Ahmed Issa
  • A poetry symposium with the participation of the great poets; Prof.Dr/ Ahmed Swilam, Prof.Dr/ Ahmed Balboula, Prof.Dr/ Alaa Ganeb, Prof.Dr/ Adel Samih

 

On the sidelines of the fair, the "Annual Poetry and Short Story Competition" will be held with a financial award presented by Dr. Nawal El-Degwi, to support and encourage the youth talents of MSA University.
