Assistant professor Rania Mahmoud Abdel Halim Dr. Rania Mahmoud is a medical physicist who graduated from Cairo University. B.Sc in Biophysics (2006) from faculty of Science, Cairo University. She received her M.Sc. (2011) and Ph.D. (2016) in Medical Physics in the field of Nuclear Medicine and radiation protection from faculty of Science, Cairo University. She has a license from Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA) as a radiation protection expert for protection from ionizing radiation exposure hazards. Her experiences in teaching Biophysics, Physics and Medical Physics and as a consultant in radiation protection.
