MSA won at the International shorouk Festival

Faculty of Mass Communication, Department of Public Relations and Advertising MSA University won at the International shorouk Festival for the creations of media students.

The winning project is the graduation project "Nafs" campaign to raise awareness of the social and economic problems resulting from the revenge in Upper Egypt. The campaign slogan was "Revenge Circle of Destruction." The two winning students are Toka Mustafa Mahmoud and Sarah Muhammad Abu Zaid. The graduation project was supervised by Dr. Rania Shaban and the assistant Sally Said.

 

And in the activities of the fifth session of the Sunrise Festival for creativity of media students, organised by the International Higher Institute To inform the sunrise. The celebration was held at the Opera House from 16 to 19 February 2020.

 

The festival activities were held in cooperation with the Cultural Development Fund, and the participation of a number of 38 Egyptian and Arab universities and 4 foreign countries.

 

This festival included the evaluation of radio and television projects, press projects, advertisement projects, public relations and international film competitions.

 

It is worth noting that the festival in its fifth session is expanding in the participating departments, where the universities of Zarqa and the Middle East from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the University City College and the Canadian College of the Emirates from the United Arab Emirates and the universities of Thebes and Umm Al-Qura from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Some of the local participants are from the media departments of Cairo University, Al-Ahram Canadian University, Misr University for Science and Technology, Ain Shams University, Arab Academy, Canadian Institute of Information, Minia University, Assiut, Beni Suef and Alexandria University. The festival includes the presence of cultural films in which a number of cultural centers of foreign countries participate in Japan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, in order to give the international character to the festival, which has gained an Arab and international reputation since the start of its first session in 2015.
