تم توقيع بروتوكول تعاون ما بين كلية الإعلام ومؤسسة أخبار اليوم، إحدى المؤسسات الرائدة في مجال الصحافة في مصر والوطن العربي والشرق الأوسط وذلك بهدف تأهيل الطلاب وتطوير مهاراتهم الصحفية والإعلامية، وتطوير برامج التعليم والتدريب لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل.

The Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) signed a cooperation agreement with Akhbar El Youm, one of the leading press institutions in Egypt, the Arab world and the Middle East, with the aim of preparing students and developing their journalistic and media skills, as well as enhancing educational and training programs to meet the needs of the job market.
