A student may, after choosing a major or minor, modify his/her choice by filling in a Major/Minor Modification Form, have it signed by his/her academic advisor, and present it to the faculty Registrar. It necessitates the approval of the University Council after the consultation with Department and Faculty Council.In such transfer cases, students are exempt from successfully completed courses and equivalent courses in the faculty they are transferred to. An internal Transfer request form must be approved by the Admission office before the dean of the faculty approves the transfer from and to. Grading System Instructors set a grading system for respective courses according to the rules and regulations issued by the University Council. Students are informed of the grading system at the beginning of the semester.
