MSA University Continuously Improving its Staff Skills |
| |
In the never-ending efforts to continuously keep MSA's staff skills up to bar with their British counterparts, MSA holds annual staff development seminars with International Educational Development experts, from our partner university Middlesex.
The purpose of these progressive yearly sessions is to:
- Enable teachers to open up learning opportunities for all students by offering varied learning experiences.
- Allow teachers to put research-based best practices into a meaningful context for learning.
- Help teachers to understand and use assessment as a critical tool to drive instruction.
- Add new instructing strategies to teachers' "toolboxes", stressing or reinforcing techniques to help teachers focus on essentials of curriculum.
- Give administrators, teachers, and students a well designed management system to more efficiently meet the demands of high stakes testing.
- Meet curriculum requirements in a meaningful way for achieving students' success.
This year's session was met by unequalled enthusiasm of all MSA's staff. With new collaborative opportunities for all of our staff, as well as students with Educational Institutions from all over the world with higher aspirations for next year.
