MSA hosted the international Human Resources expert, Dr Ebrahim El Fikky last Sunday on 7th March, 2010 at its campus in the middle of 6th October City, to deliver a lecture.
Promise Family that consists of students from Faculties of Dentistry, Pharmacy and Management had organized the lecture successfully headed by Dr. Wafaa Aziz and supervised by Dr Nada Osama who were enthusiastic about it to give the chance to their colleagues to listen and benefit from the iconic thinker and his trends in enhancing the inherent capabilities in one's self and mind.

Dr Ebrahim El Fikky was received by about 850 students from different faculties who were waiting for him in MSA Opera House. He commenced his lecture about happiness
and how it is deeply connected not only with Faith in God but also in self control and mental stability, listening to others and strengthening the sense of belonging
to country, family, work place and religious belief. The majority of students were content and satisfied and left the Opera House enchanted with what they have heard
and put their hands on keys to success.

He then continued by explaining the necessity of utilizing and training the subconscious mind to deal with different situations and the potentials that can be obtained like the ability to quit smoking in less than 2 hours and the help it can give in persevering during job seeking. Dr. Elfikky also explained some tools like imagining oneself while achieving his goals. He also illustrated his great story of success .

Wisdom to be taught was "Don't wait for the first step to be taken by someone else other than you”. Then he narrated an inspiring poem which he himself had written.
He concluded by talking about the internal power each of us have. The fact that anything can be done if just we believed in ourselves. If we really believed in our capabilities,
we can achieve our goals in the time we want. There is nothing called impossible, the word impossible by believing in our capabilities is turned to I’m possible.
No matter what people are saying about you, or how they do see you, the only matter is what you really believe you are.
Dr Khairy Abdel Hamid, President of MSA university together with Dr Mohamed Seif El Din Ashour,Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy welcomed Dr Ebrahim El Fikky.
