Extra-curricular reading and movie review writing contests

The result of the extra-curricular reading and movie review writing contests were declared on 13th June 2009. The contestants were students of the Intensive English courses (English 80) who were asked to read certain stories and answer questions about them, and watch certain movies with English subtitling and write reviews of them.
The winners were awarded Certificates of Merit, Short Stories with their audio CDs, Movies with English Subtitling on CDs, and a collection of different dictionaries on CDs. The CDs were prepared by the MSA librarian Mr. Mahmoud Mohamad Farw.
