MSA welcomes all transfer students from government or privately owned universities. Students are accepted upon providing us with the following documents:

• A certificate to prove achieving GPA 2.00.
• A full detailed course description to all subjects he has taken.
• Schedule an appointment with the dean of the faculty he likes to join to balance his grades scientifically and gives him/ her the deserved credit.
• A letter from his university that he requested the transfer and the university has approved this transfer.
• Then apply as usual by filling in an application form.
• Get all your transcripts and certificates endorsed as necessary.
• Four passport photos are required.
• Original birth certificate.
• A copy of your national ID card or a copy of your passport.
• A conscription certificate (for Egyptian males only).
• Pay 3,500.00 EGP as a deposit that is deducted from the first installment fees (650.00 US dollars for non-Egyptians).
• Sit for ELAT (English Language Admission Test) to decide on the subjects load that you can take. Good Luck)
